Vocal Lesson Policy: Payment & Cancellations


Effective Date: April 2025

Applies to: All vocal students

1. Payment Policy

  • Lessons must be paid in advance to secure your spot on the schedule.
  • Payment is due at the beginning of each term (or in advance for a package of lessons).
  • You will book online using the class for kids system and pay online
  • Preferred payment methods are through the system with stripe, Bank transfer, PayPal or Revolut. are acceptable. This ensures no students are carrying large amounts of cash to lessons.


  • Late Payments:

Failure to pay at time of booking may result in loss of your lesson time slot.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice via my mobile number only (07999788123) is required to cancel each lesson.
  • If less than 24-hour notice is given, the lesson will be forfeited and not refunded or credited.

Exceptions:

  • Emergencies or sudden and ongoing illness will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • No-shows to lessons without prior communication will be treated as forfeited lessons.

Make-Up Lessons

  • Make-up lessons are not guaranteed but may be offered based on availability if proper notice is given.
  • Any lessons cancelled by the teacher due to emergency, illness or annual leave will be rescheduled or credited.

Safeguarding Procedures

As a strict rule I do not have students on social media platforms or personal mobile numbers. All communication will be through parents only (what works best for them) usually on the booking app, and the appropriate music department. 

 It is also important for parents to give consent on occasion for filming and photography as some of our exams are digital. These will be strictly confidential and pre-agreed with parents before the exam. None of the footage will be made public.
